Q. How come I can't login after registration?

Ans. You may not be able to login because your account has not been activated. At times, the confirmation email may end up in your spam inbox. You may check your spam for the email, otherwise you may contact us, and we will activate your account on your behalf.

Q. What is a Hub?

Ans. This is your profile page, or main page when you are login. A hub is a place where our members receive updated news, stats, and information regarding their profile, posted ads, personal information, and our services that an anonymous user may not be able to see.

Q. Do you charge membership?

Ans. No! We don't charge membership for an inbox like those other matching services. What we promote is a free roommate matching service and only charge those who have a rental unit or location to advertise space through our website.

Q. How does the feature ad work?

Ans. The feature ads are randomly selected then display on the top and right side of every page request. It is displayed to users pertinent in a 25 miles radius of the ad's location posted by our members.

Q. What are our goals?

Ans. After our beta, we want to provide Property Management tools and Renters/Tenants Screening application as SAAS (Software As A Service). These available utilities will become apart of our online services for no additional fees, keeping our service free of charge. We pride ourselves in making this the premier site for roommates matching, rentals, and real estate listings.
